Cultural professionals were compulsorily integrated into state-created bodies, a system of corporatism as imposition of censorship. The Ministry of Propaganda was backed by the Secret State Police, which operated outside the ordinary judicial system and employed elite units, answerable only to the ruling party and the head of state. However, the liberty, enjoyed by cultural professionals had its limits. Like the Church in the Middle Ages, it was now the ruling party, that oversaw the implementation of the «language created world», it had designed. The money invested by cultural professionals was subject to due diligence (bank's duty of care) and disclosure obligations to the State. Many of them withdrew into private life or left the country. German-speaking Switzerland was an alternative for those, seeking privacy and liberty. At the time, it was autonomous and neutral, and maintained banking secrecy.

Free german media grounded in the “real world “ could have reported, for instance, that Berlin no possessed adequate air defenses in those days.”

To illustrate the difference between a quantum computer—built using electrons—and a classical binary one, the following example is commonly used. If we toss a handful of coins into the air, a binary system considers only the "heads" or "tails" state of the coins in a specific moment. A quantum machine, however, has the capacity to include coins at intermediate angles in its calculations.

Our brains lack the capacity to operate outside the binary system; we exist between the Macrocosm and the Microcosm—we are here on Earth in the Real World.
If an electron can be identified—according to the rules of the Microcosm—as being in different places at the same time, that defies traditional logic here on Earth. Anyone who has a girlfriend, who behaves like an electron, ought to consider trading her in for an less spiritual, earth-bound one.

If dirty water from some hotels goes straight into the sea—do we say in a way of qubits, the water of the sea is dirty, but not absolutly dirty, good for bathe? Or do we prefer to think in binary terms (yes/now): if the water is dirty, I feel repulsed and won't bathe in a polluted sea?

In Wittgenstein's philosophy, the idea, that "the logical image can depict the world", poses no problem for quantum computing; on the contrary, structures can be calculated with greater precision and speed. For Hogarth's "Line of Beauty" algorithm—utilizing biometrics and public cameras worldwide—quantum computing could come very close to defining the absolute beauty, that Hogarth envisioned." -

In the case of opiate consumption, for example, a great depth of consciousness can be accompanied by a narrowed breadth of consciousness. People in key positions within a regime should not have that kind of consciousness.

The court records of 1946 Nürnberg processes document the negligence of a politician, who had a duty to punish the perversities, committed in the country's penitentiaries by members of the security- and medical- corps. He was a chronic user of prescribed opiates for pain, a result of being shot by a police officer at a political event during the Weimar regime in 1923." -
